[svn-r3829] Purpose:

    Bug Fix
Description:
    The compiler on Modi4 (and possibly other machines) couldn't handle a
    long string being passed in with the -Wl, flag.
Solution:
    Wrote some script which separates the string being passed into
    multiple flags with "-Wl,-rpath -Wl," before them.
Platforms tested:
    Modi4
