[svn-r7025] Purpose:
Bug Fix
Description:
On Kelgia, the h5c++ script file needs to be explicitly chmod'ed to
executable.
Solution:
Placed this at the end of the configure script (just like in the
other configure scripts).
Platforms tested:
Kelgia (Very small fix...only needed to test it on one platform).
Misc. update:
