Miscellaneous improvements

Description:
    Moved H5Location::getNumObjs to Group::getNumObjs (i.e., H5Gget_info)
    Switched reinterpret_cast to static_cast in H5Object::iterateAttrs
    Miscellaneous cleanup
Platforms tested:
