Miscellaneous code cleanup
Description:
- Removed two inadvertently-added Group constructors in the header file.
There was no implementation.
- Removed deprecated H5Location and H5Object constructors that take an
existing ID.
- Miscellaneous improvements in comments, including updating URLs.
