[svn-r10108] Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
C++ tests would die with strange linking-type errors.
Solution:
C++ build needs to be static, too. Applied -static flags liberally in
c++/src and c++/test directories.
Platforms tested:
sleipnir, heping
