[svn-r8843] Purpose: Fixing minor bug
Description:
Changed call to H5File::getFileSize according to C library and
removed CHECK for this call because failure will be handled by
exception.
Platforms tested:
SunOS 5.7 (arabica)
Linux 2.4 (eirene)
C tests are having problems, but I did run the C++ tests.
