[svn-r8041] Purpose: bug fix
Description: After titan updated ecc compiler, int64_t cannot be found.
Solution: Added -D__GNUC__ to CFLAGS to enable int64_t in /usr/include/stdint.h
Platforms tested: titan(titan specific)
