[svn-r9064] Purpose:
Improvement and fix.
Description:
Improvement: allow user defined RUNSERIAL and RUNPARALLEL settings.
Added hdf5_cv_gettimeofday_tz cached value.
Platforms tested:
Janus (Tflops).
