[svn-r8164] Purpose:
Test cleanup
Description:
Move the perl postprocessing step on the .depend file out of the loop over
all the files, which should get rid of redundant rescanning of the .depend file.
Platforms tested:
Linux 2.4 IA64 (titan)
too minor to require h5committest
