[svn-r12609] Description:
Comment out the use of the "-Wpadded" flag, it's generating far too many
warnings that are impossible to correct and probably making it harder to see
other warnings that are more important.
Tested on:
Linux/32 2.6 (chicago)
Linux/64 2.6 (chicago2)
