[svn-r26508] Description:
Remove HW_FP_TO_LLONG_NOT_WORKS macro/define, it was only addressing Windows .NET 2003 compiler issues. Tested on: MacOSX/64 10.10.2 (amazon) w/serial & parallel (h5committest not required on this branch)
