[svn-r22773] Use
LT_PREREQ([2.2])
LT_INIT([dlopen])
instead of
AC_LIBTOOL_DLOPEN
AM_PROG_LIBTOOL
Also add ALLOW_UNSUPPORTED on threadsafe check
Both from 1.8 configure
