[svn-r10700] Purpose:

    Bug fix

Description:
    Kent reminded me that switching the logic wasn't enough, we really needed
to add the definition to the configure script.

Solution:
    Do that.

Platforms tested:
    FreeBSD 4.11 (sleipnir)
    Too minor to require h5committest
