Purpose:
    Bugfix and clarification.
Description:
    H5Aclose -- Changed statement regarding future use of a released
        attribute identifier.
    H5Acreate -- Corrected create_plist_id reference and listed H5P_DEFAULT
        as only currently-accepted value.
