[svn-r4301] Purpose:

    Bringing 'last minute' release branch edits into development branch.
Description:
    Removed link to non-existent description of non-existent
        F90 function h5gget_objinfo_f.
    Added links, with explanatory note, to the new freespace management
        section in Performance.html.
Platforms tested:
