Purpose:
Update h5pset_szip_f options mask.
Description:
h5pset_szip_f: Updated list of valid szip option values.
Deleted 2, added 3 and notation "or the sum of any combination".
Added example and note regarding mutually-exclusive options.
Platforms tested:
