H5T/H5Tget_order.htm
Added H5T_ORDER_NONE to list of valid byte orders.
-- Fixes Bugzilla entry 1442.
H5T/H5Tset_order.htm
Added notes regarding H5T_ORDER_NONE.
Removed mention of default values.
Cleaned up HTML and text; removed unused template material.
Tested: Firefox
