[svn-r2659] Purpose:
Bug Fix
Description:
When running configure on subdirectories (like fortran/), looking
up how make implements SEARCHes failed.
Solution:
Exporting the SEARCH macro so that subdirectories don't have to
look for it.
Platforms tested:
Modi4.
