[svn-r26010] Fix for:
HDFFV-9049 Intel 15.0 15.0.1 Fails with --enable-fortran2003 Added BIND to the Fortran 2003 functions. Tested: windows (tested concept) linux (--enable-fortran and --enable-fortran2003)
