Purpose:
Bug fix.
Description:
When the number of processors is wrong (should be a factor
of dataset dimensions for this test) , test hangs because
of wrong logic in the if-then-endif statement.
Solution:
Fixed the logic.
Platforms tested:
modi4 (O2K)
