Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
Libraries were listed in the wrong order in tools/gifconv Makefile.am, confusing
the linker.
Solution:
Put HDF5 library after tools library in Makefile.am and ran reconfigure.
Platforms tested:
mir, sleipnir
