[svn-r13613] Purpose:
Bug fix (ID 729)
Description:
h5c++ intercepted *.a files unnecessarily and forgot to put them
back in.
Solution:
Removed the interception of *.a file.
Setup testh5c++.sh to run various tests for h5c++.
Tested:
Copper.
