Merge pull request #1771 in HDFFV/hdf5 from ~DEROBINS/hdf5_der:H5A_java_test_fix to develop
* commit 'f4015bed9e7ee43468240e734232f9114b749d4f': Updated the Java attribute test so that attribute access property lists are created and used correctly.
