[svn-r4359] Purpose:
bug fix
Description:
Could not get to compile as parallel program in parallel mode.
That was because I did not include hdf5.h before testing for the
H5_HAVE_PARALLEL macro. (DUMB!)
Solution:
#include hdf5.h first.
Platforms tested:
eirene (parallel)
