[svn-r9867] Purpose:

Bug fixes (provided by Leon Arber).

Description:
gen_report spewed many messages and could not report speeds that are
less than 100MB/s.

Solution:
Removed -w which prints warning messages.
Fixed code to recognize speeds under 100MB/s.

Platforms tested:
Eirene.
