[svn-r14062] Description:
Copy edits. Formatting for reasonable consistency and changed tabs to spaces. Technical corrections, which were confirmed with developers. Including removal of a g95 incompatibility with 1.6.5 that is no longer a problem. Added terse Documentation entry under "Bug Fixes."
