[svn-r24307] Issue 8147: CLANG compiler with the options -fcatch-undefined-behavior and -ftrapv
catches some defined behavior in the alignment algorithm of the macro DETECT_I
in H5detect.c. I documented it as a known problem.
No test is needed.
