[svn-r16324] Purpose:
Code Cleanup
Description:
- Pulled out repetitive cache stats code into its own new macro.
- Converted HDasserts in cache stats macros to if / HGOTO_ERROR statments
in order to keep code consistent.
Tested:
jam, smirom, liberty
