[svn-r16181] Description:
Bring r16180 back from trunk:
Rename the current chunk indexing routines module for B-tree indices
to better reflect their purpose, and to make the upcoming extensible array
index module fit in better.
Tested:
FreeBSD/32 6.3
Too minor to require h5committest
