[svn-r11107] Purpose:
Optimization
Description:
Switch some internal error API data structures over to using H5FL* routines
for memory management (instead of malloc/free), in order to reduce abuse of
operating system's memory allocation code.
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.11 (sleipnir)
Too minor to require h5committest
