Convert hbool_t --> bool in src (#3496)
* hbool_t --> bool in src
* Does not remove TRUE/FALSE
* Public header files are unchanged
* Public API calls are unchanged
* TRUE/FALSE --> true/false in src
* Add deprecation notice for hbool_t
