[svn-r10231] Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
Opening an object in a group that is located in a file which has been
unmounted would cause a core dump. :-(
Solution:
Re-arrangement internal code to compute internal "user" and "canonical"
names for the newly opened object in a safer way.
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.11 (sleipnir)
Too minor to require h5committest
