[svn-r11965] Purpose:
Maintenance
Description:
Remove half-built (half-baked? :-) implementation of B+tree, block tracker
and segmented heaps. (In preparation for starting the new heap coding)
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.11 (sleipnir)
Linux 2.4 (heping)
