[svn-r13367] Description:
Allow "big" attributes to push attribute storage into "dense" form
immediately, to accomodate storing the attribute. (This is only allowed
in the "latest" version of the format).
Tested on:
Linux/32 2.6 (chicago)
Linux/64 2.6 (chicago2)
