[svn-r9778] Purpose:
Remove feature
Description:
Retire threaded, balanced binary tree code from HDF5 use. Requiescat in
pace...
Also, regenerate dependencies files.
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.10 (sleipnir) w/parallel
Too minor to require full h5committesting (the code is already
disconnected from everything except its tests)
