[svn-r11742] Purpose: Minor correction.
Description: H5Eset_auto_stack() and H5Eset_auto() used FUNC_ENTER_API. It would clear the error
stack from the previous API call. It's better to use FUNC_ENTER_API_NOCLEAR to avoid clearing
the stack.
Platforms tested: fuss - simple change.
