[svn-r18222] Description:

    Change name of H5Oexists() routine to H5Oexists_by_name(), to match rest
of H5O API routine naming scheme.

Tested on:
    Mac OS X/32 10.6.2 (amazon) w/debug & production
    (too minor to require h5committest)
