[svn-r4564] Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
'big' test was not detecting that the AFS quota had been hit when running
under FreeBSD.
Solution:
Amending quota checking code to detect errors on file closes as well as
opens, seeks and writes.
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.4 (hawkwind)
