[svn-r30002] Fixed some minor warnings in H5AC.c and H5C.c, cleaned up warnings
in the cache tests, and made some huge static arrays dynamic
in the cache tests.
Tested on: 64-bit Ubuntu Linux w/ gcc 5.3.1
