[svn-r29035] Removed external links test from external storage test.
This test is duplicated more comprehensively in the links.c file so
there is no need to copy it over.
Tested on: 64-bit Ubuntu 15.10 (Linux 4.2.0 x86_64) gcc 5.2.1
