Purpose:
Added attribute test
Description:
attribute test is added into t_mdset.c. At this moment, testing failed
on SunOS 5.7 and Linux. But I believe the problem is from dataset
collective writing in t_dset.c.
Platforms tested:
SGI MPI, MPICH(IRIX64 N32, IRIX64 64, IRIX, Linux, SunOS).
