[svn-r10944] Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
tid.c is a test for user-defined hid_t's. It should be part of the
testhdf5 tests, but was not being run.
It also had a couple of minor bugs.
Solution:
Added id test to testhdf5 and fixed bugs.
Platforms tested:
mir, sleipnir, modi4
