[svn-r10868] Purpose: A feature
Description: For family file driver, file format has been changed in
the v1.7 library. The family member size is saved in the superblock
and compared to the size passed in through H5Pset_fapl_family().
Solution: Added forward compatibility test to see if family file
created with v1.7 library can be opened with v1.6 library.
Platforms tested: h5committest and fuss.
Misc. update: added a few source file in MANIFEST
