[svn-r7259] Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
I/O on chunked datasets with point selections was not working correctly.
Solution:
Re-wrote some parts of raw data I/O routines that build the selections for
each chunk to correctly handle point selections.
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.8 (sleipnir)
