[svn-r30285] Description:
More warning cleanups, bringing the build down to 25 unique types of
warnings, with 550 warnings in 122 files (down from 28, 770, and 134).
Tested on:
MacOSX/64 10.11.5 (amazon) w/serial & parallel
(h5committest forthcoming)
