[svn-r13898] Purpose:
Bug fix.
Description:
Test test_misc25b() open an existing test data file with RDWR unnecessarily.
(This was discovered during read-only test.)
Changed file open mode to RDONLY.
Tested platform:
Kagiso (readonly) only since it is a trivial change.
