[svn-r6043] Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
I/O using "none" selections in parallel wasn't working correctly. Also,
add serial "none" selection test.
Platforms tested:
Tested h5committest {arabica (fortran), eirene (fortran, C++)
modi4 (parallel, fortran)}
