Documentation of bug^Wfeature
Description:
Documented the demented way libtool treats the Intel compiler on IA64
systems. I.e., it doesn't use the "-Wl," flag for during the linking
phase of the compilation process.
Solution:
Explained how and where to change the libtool file after
configuration so that you can compile the stuff.
