[svn-r12118] Purpose:
Checkpoint code
Description:
Rework code to support increasing size of root indirect block, in order
to add [at least] a second row of direct blocks.
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.11 (sleipnir)
Solaris 9 (shanti) w/64-bit
Linux 2.4 (mir)
