[svn-r9462] Purpose:
Added tests
Code cleanup
Description:
New tests added for new version of H5Pget_data_transform and additional tests
to make sure that error conditions are handled properly by both
H5Pset_data_transform and H5Pget_data_transform.
Also cleaned up code to make it more compact.
Platforms tested:
